All Role Quest Locations

In order to get your Mentor crown in Final Fantasy XIV, players need to do several things, including finish all of their Role Quests. In Dawntrail, everyone has to do that in addition to leveling a few jobs, but there is one slightly frustrating part about Role Quests if you happen to do them while leveling.

If players pick up a Role Quest while leveling, they'll be locked out of the next one until they're high enough level. The problem with that, is each Role Quest takes place in a different location from where it's picked up. Without the quest sitting in the journal and no way to find it without looking through each map, it's easy to get a little stuck.

In order to unlock each of the Role Quests, you'll first need to complete Uncouth Customers, which requires the Main Scenario Quest "The Feat of Pots". This quest will then appear in Tuliyollal at X: 12.4, Y: 14.5.

All DPS Role Quest locations

There are three types of DPS Role Quests: Magical Ranged, Physical Ranged, and Melee DPS. In order to get the Mentor crown back, you only need to complete finish one of these (as long as you have a job in that same category leveled to 100).

After you've finished all of the Role Quests, there will be a conclusionary quest that will release in Patch 7.1. While these quests won't take you a long time to finish, they can help in the leveling process, and grant you some achievements on the way.
