The upcoming 7.0 Patch for Final Fantasy 14 is set to introduce several changes to Tomestones and Scrips, alongside the addition of new ones.

Tomestones

Within 7.0, there will be 2 new Tomestone types added that'll be unlocked upon reaching Level 100 in at least one class or job.

Allagan Tomestones of Comedy & Causality

Both of these Tomestones won't be obtainable anymore, and any duties or trials that reward them will instead reward Tomestones of Poetics or the new tomestone currency. As such, you won't be able to exchange these tomestones for items.

Tomestones of Astronomy

When 7.0 releases, any tomestones of astronomy that you own will be removed. With that in mind, the developers have recommended that you exchange them for Allagan tomestones of causality by speaking with Auriana in Revenant's Toll (X:22.7 Y:6.7).

Tomestones of Poetics

Tomestones of Poetics will be obtainable from duties and trials up to Level 90, alongside the Duty Roulette.

Crafters' and Gatherers' Scrips

New Scrips will be added, only obtainable when exchanging collectable items beginning at Level 100.

White Scrips

These scrips will no longer be available upon 7.0's release, and will therefore the associated rewards will switch to purple scrips, and the amounts will be adjusted.

Yellow Scrips

As 7.0 goes live, all yellow scrips that you possess will be removed, and you are therefore advised to exchange them for white crafters' and gatherers' scrips by speaking with the scrip exchange in Revenant's Toll (X:22.4 Y:6.7).
