What is the Miniature Aetheryte?

The Miniature Aetheryte is a placeable item within FFXIV that must be put down outside your personal home/estate to allow you to teleport there for a reduced price.

All you need to do is place it down once you've purchased it, and a new teleport location will be added to your teleport menu listings.

How to Get a Miniature Aetheryte

There are currently two ways to attain a Miniature Aetheryte in-game, which are as follows:

• Buy one from a player on the market board for Gil
• Buy one from your Grand Company for 14,470 Grand Company seals

If you are looking to purchase a Miniature Aetheryte from your Grand Company, keep in mind you will also need to reach at least Second Lieutenant rank in order to be able to purchase one. Purchasing from the market board may be easier, but keep in mind that players willing to sell one will likely be doing so at a steep premium, so it's likely better to save your Gil unless you're absolutely desperate!
