Surveying the Score
Surveying The Score is a pre-Heist mission in IGN's Grand Theft Auto 5 Walkthrough. PART 1: CASING THE JOINT
After the opening cutscene, get into Mike's car and travel to the Depository entrance. From there, drive to the underpass and park the car across the street to trigger the next objective.
PART 2: EYE INTHE SKY
Drive to the Sandy Shores airfield and get in the Frogger and fly out to the city to ID the security vans.
GOLD MEDAL REQUIREMENTS: "UNDER THE BRIDGE"
For the "Under The Bridge" requirement, fly under the nearest bridge as the vans drive past the LS River. You can't miss it!
Once the security vans reach their destination, a quick cutscene will show the vans arriving at the Depository. From here, Lester requests to find the construction site nearby. Turn LEFT to the red and white building for the next objective.

Hover very low over the construction site until Lester gives the okay to leave.
From here, you can either fly back to the airfield with Trevor or switch to Michael and drop off Franklin at his house in Vinewood Hills to complete the mission. Your choice!
