Mr. Richards is a Michael mission in IGN's Grand Theft Auto 5 Walkthrough. 100% Gold Requirements for Mr. Richards
Mission Time	Complete within 10:00
Silent Assassin	Kill 3 enemies using stealth attacks
Can`t Touch This 2.0	Take no damage during the fight with Rocco
Perfect Touchdown	Land the Frogger without damaging it

PART 1: FINDING THE TALENT

When the mission sarts, get into a vehicle and drive to the waypoint in East Los Santos. The entrance to the building is closed off, so just climb over the metal fence and hop inside.

GOLD MEDAL REQUIREMENTS: "SILENT ASSASSIN"

To achieve the Gold for this requirement, Michael needs to use stealth kills on THREE of the workers. There are six workers in the building, so follow the instructions below on getting the three kills.

STEALTH KILL#1: There are two men chatting further from the gate entrance. Use a stealth kill on the closest one and then quickly gun down the other man before he runs away (you won't have time to smack him, so shoot him before he alerts Rocco).

STEALTH KILL #2: Climb the nearby ladder to the first roof to find another worker messing with a ventilator. Sneak up on him and kick him from the back to clear the rooftop of threats.

STEALTH KILL #3: Take the ladder to the next higher rooftop and you'll spot two men walking the metal catwalk, quickly but quietly use a stealth kill on the second man and then gun down his friend before he runs away.

With the rooftop cleared, take the farthest ladder to the next highest rooftop to find the helicopter and Rocco. Time for a fight!

PART 2: STUDIO BATTLE

Just like the battle with Simeon, get into a defensive stance and start swinging away at Rocco. With fast skills, Mike can pummel away at Rocco before Rocco can retaliate.

PART 3: TURBULENCE IN THE AIR

Take the crew out for a ride in the chopper. Fly to the nearby river and give the underpasses some close shaves. You can safely pass under the bridge at low speed and successfully intimidate him. Flying up and down erratically also helps convince the boys, as well.
