For example, some Characters will only respond positively to phone contact after a suitable interval since the most recent conversation.

Third and most importantly, Time determines the payback schedule for Properties. The passage of Time governs the profitability of real estate. Understanding and managing time correctly is a key to long-term wealth in GTA 5.
