The truck with the gas grenades is located on the freeway leading to the desert. Once you intercept the van, shoot at it to make it crash or stop.
GOLD MEDAL REQUIREMENT: "LOOSE CARGO"
To achieve this requirement, Mike needs to shoot the back doors open. If you have enough ammo, use a drive-by to shoot the doors open while the van is in motion. If the van is stopped, simply shoot the door handles to open the doors for the Gold.
With the gas grenades in tow, bring them to the garment factory in Lester's office to complete the mission!
