Sacrum Profanum
This is IGN’s Cyberpunk 2077 walkthrough for Sacrum Profanum, one of many Watson Side Jobs. Continue reading below for our Tips and Tricks on how to finish this mission without too much trouble.
Sacrum Profanum starts when you find a monk near the northwestern coast of Watson. Approaching the monk named Bhikkhu reveals that Maelstrom gang members forced body mods on him. They’ll ask for help rescuing their brother from the Malestrom members nearby and ask that you don’t kill them. You can achieve this by taking a non-lethal approach to the situation.

Sacrum Profanum Walkthrough
The best way to complete Sacrum Profanum without killing anyone is to sneak inside using the cargo containers. These are near the entrance where one guard is on the lookout. You can climb onto the containers from the side without being noticed. Continue sneaking along them until you reach an upstairs walkway. Then, make your way all the way to the back of the warehouse where one of five guards are.
By working your way from the back to the front, you can quietly take down each gang member more easily. There’s one at the back, three in a room near the entrance, and then the lookout previously mentioned. For the room with three enemies, take out the gang member near the back watching the one by the monk. Then, you can take out the next two in any order without being detected.
Once every guard has been taken care of, the monk will start pleading for their life. After a short conversation, the Sacrum Profanum side job will be complete. Depending on whether you killed any gang members, you may have different dialogue as a result. Taking out each member non-lethally results in the monk thanking you for not killing them.
