Swift Carrot
Swift Carrot is an uncommon resource that is an essential ingredient for upgrading Sand Boots and Snow Boots at a Great Fairy Fountain and for cooking recipes that upgrade your horses at the Horse God Fountain in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. You can find vibrant orange Swift Carrots growing in a small forest on eastern Satori Mountain or purchase them from General Stores in Kakariko Village and Hateno Village. How to Get Swift Carrot in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
Swift Carrots are a scarce resource that can be grown as crops and harvested at Uma's Garden in Hateno Village. However, before you can start growing carrots, you must complete the Teach Me a Lesson II side quest and have at least one Swift Carrot in your inventory. Thankfully, you can find a few wild Swift Carrots growing in a small forest on the eastern side of Satori Mountain that you can pick up anytime they respawn.
You can also buy Swift Carrots from the General Stores in Kakariko Village and Hateno Village for sixteen Rupees each. However, you'll need to do the side quest, Codgers' Quarrel, to unlock the Swift Carrots at the Kakariko Village General Store. Swift Carrot Location - Satori Mountain
You can find five Swift Carrots growing around a hollowed-out tree trunk in the small forest east of the Sonapan Shrine on Satori Mountain. To reach this location, marked by the yellow star on the map above, you can launch yourself from the Hyrule Field Skyview Tower and paraglide west toward Satori Mountain, and with a quick interaction at the nearby Sonapan Shrine, you can unlock a fast-travel point for quick return visits.

Swift Carrot Shop - Kakariko Village
You can buy Swift Carrots from the High Spirits Produce General Store in Kakariko Village. To reach this shop location, marked by the yellow arrow icon on the map above, you can launch yourself from the Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower and paraglide northeast toward the large white Ring Ruins that overlook Kakariko Village, and with a quick interaction at the nearby Makasura Shrine, you can unlock a fast-travel point for quick return visits.
When you first arrive at the High Spirits Produce store and speak with the shopkeeper, Trissa, she will reveal that the store currently has no stock and will start you on the side quest, Codgers' Quarrel—which you'll need to complete to unlock the shop inventory, including Swift Carrots.
Coordinates: 1794, -1029, 0115
After completing Codgers' Quarrel, you can visit the High Spirits Produce General Store and purchase up to twelve Swift Carrots at a time whenever they are restocked. Each Swift Carrot will cost sixteen Rupees.

Swift Carrot Shop - Hateno Village
You can buy up to ten Swift Carrots per visit to the East Wind General Goods Shop in Hateno Village for sixteen Rupees each. To reach this shop location, marked by the yellow arrow icon on the map above, you can launch yourself from the Rabella Wetlands Skyview Tower and paraglide northeast, and with a quick interaction at the nearby Zanmik Shrine, you can unlock a fast travel point for quick return visits to Hateno Village.

Tips for Finding Swift Carrot
Swift Carrot Uses
Swift Carrot is an uncommon resource seldom found growing in the wilds of Hyrule. Still, once you have at least one, you can start growing your very own Swift Carrot garden in Hateno Village. With these carrots, you can cook dish recipes that increase your movement speed or upgrade your horse's stats at the Horse God Fountain.
Other uses for Swift Carrot include feeding horses to increase Bond Level, upgrading the Sand Boots and Snow Boots at a Great Fairies Fountain, and dyeing your armor orange at the Kochi Dye Shop in Hateno Village.

Growing Swift Carrot Crops in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
Another use for Swift Carrot is to grow more of them in Uma's Garden at Hateno Village. With Uma's help, you can get nine Swift Carrots per harvest. All you need to get started is at least one Swift Carrot in your inventory and to have completed the Teach Me a Lesson II side quest.
You can find Uma's Garden just down the hill to the south of Hateno School, near the Hateno Village West Well.
Speak with Uma and let her know what you'd like to plant in the garden to get started growing your very own Swift Carrots between your adventures across Hyrule.
