Walkthrough: Chapter 3
Part 1: Chemical Effect
Banner's Objective: I have to find an antidote and escape from the base.
As you see in the opening cut-scene of the level, Banner's been drugged with a gamma suppressant, keeping him from going Hulk. Also, somehow, Betty knows the Hulk's arch-nemesis, the Leader, is behind all of this. Disguised as a soldier, you must sneak through the base, find an antidote, and escape.
Rather than having to sneak around and hide behind boxes, this time you merely have to avoid the intense scrutiny of others. Stay away from scientists and soldiers and you should be fine. This is easier typed than done. You'll need to keep a decent distance from the scientists to avoid detection. Be patient, if you have to, and let scientists pass by before trying to zip right past them.
So what if you do get spotted? Well, you're pretty much hosed. The scientists are easy to handle, but the guards will be shooting at you and just a couple of hits will end your day. However, there are a couple of hallways that act as server rooms. You can run into one of these rooms and attempt to hide behind the server. When the guard nears, try and grab him (this does the most damage). Once a room is cleared of enemies, you can once again proceed on your merry way.
Head down the hallway you've started from and go to the big blast doors. Step up to the control panel and hit the action button to open the door. Take the first left, go up the steps onto the lift and use the action button to take a ride up to the fifth floor.
You need to find two chemical agents to form the antidote. Take a right from the elevator room and follow the hallway, through the door that is guarded by a nice young man (move quickly to avoid being recognized as "suspicious"), and into the first lab. Towards the right side of the room is a control panel with a green arrow flashing over it. This is another match puzzle. Solve it to earn the first chemical agent. Once the puzzle is solved, move to the new flashing green arrow and hit action to retrieve the first chemical.
Once retrieved, return the way you came and continue past the elevator room. Repeat the steps from above to earn the second chemical. After receiving the second chemical, return to the elevator. This time, it'll take you to the fourth floor.
You'll want to take a right, down the hallway, from the elevator, but beware of the four guards coming through. Be patient, wait for them to get out of the hallway, and move on. Head down the ramp and into the room. See that big tank? Don't go near it or you'll activate its shield. Get shocked and you'll give yourself away all too easily. Head to the right side of the room and hit the action button at the highlighted terminal. Then, do it again to load the second chemical. Move over to the right panel that's now highlighted and perform another of those fun matching games. Once this is done, the chemicals will be mixed and you can pick it up from the machine. Now all you need is some way to shoot up. Where's Courtney Love when you need her?
There's a door on the opposite end of the room. You'll have to navigate a tight area filled with scientists and you'll likely be spotted. My advice... run! Get through the door, through the hallway, and through the next door as quickly as possible to get out of reach of the scientists. Don't they have better things to do than chase you down?
This next room is empty. Walk up to the highlighted machine to the right, insert the formula and then activate the panel to enter yet another code match. The chemical has now been placed inside an injection gun. Grab the gun and make for your final exit.
Go through the door to the north. Ignore the words of General Ryker and avoid the heavy guard patrol. It's actually pretty easy. Stay mostly towards the right and keep your eyes out and you should be fine. In the next big room, which is actually the lower half of where you first entered this level, stay right again and grab the shiny blue continue. Head up the ramp and back to the elevator. Hit the action button and you're done. Thank the big green Lord upstairs!

Part 2: Spearpoint
Hulk's Objective: Army think they have Hulk, but Hulk now have army. Hulk smash way through base and Hulk leave!
After administering his shot, Bruce is cornered by a group of guards. The Green One returns for a series of all-out Hulk levels. Your goal -- Smash everything and progress through the level.
March down the first hall and poke through the hole made by the military on the left. Destroy the two computers to earn a continue. Head back and continue your march through the hallway. There are pipes on the walls, which can be freed for pick up by simply smashing. This will help against the shielded guards. Continue on the path until you reach another military-made hole in the wall. Follow this through a room and into another hallway. Turn right and destroy the very solid door blocking your way.
Beat up the small handful of army men in the room, then hop on the elevator. This is old school Streets of Rage 2 action, where enemies (this time robots) continually drop down as the elevator moves upwards. Defeat all enemies to continue. As a friendly tip, the overhead smash is quite effective on the robots. Tossing them off the elevator doesn't work, as the robot will drop back down on the elevator for more. They must be smashed.
Step off the elevator once it's reached the top and move down the hallway, beating the crap out of Hulk's enemies as you go. The next big room features several robots. Defeat them and make sure to destroy the computers to earn an extra continue.
The next room is filled with robots. Notice how some of them are still inactive? Head for these first, destroying the control panels next to them. This way, they can't be activated. Then mop up the rest and move on. Continue on in typical Hulk fashion, smashing everyone in your way until you reach the second elevator. Same deal as the first time, you need to defeat all enemies to complete your elevator ride.
Storm through to the next room and get ready for a big boom. An explosion takes out everyone in the next room for you! Yay! This clears the way for more robots to drop down and do some damage. This is a test of endurance. Withstand the waves of robots to move complete the level. Destroy the small power generators in the room to reveal a continue power-up.
Part 3: Containment Failure
Hulk's Objective: Army try keep Hulk inside, Hulk want outside. Hulk smash tanks and Hulk go where he want!
You've finally made it out from below deck, but there's still the matter of that pesky dome overhead. First things first, bash in the big door in your way. You're now faced with several tanks. Do your Hulk thing and destroy them. Now, when I say there are a lot of tanks, I mean there are a lot of tanks. After battling through the dozen tanks, robots drop from the sky. Do I need to tell you what to do? No, no I don't.
Don't hang around battling the robots for too long as they'll keep respawning. Continue down the open path, fighting a mixture of robots and tanks. It gets downright hectic. Once you reach the end of the road, look left. See that door? Make it scrap metal, hop through and end the level.
Part 4: Guardian
Hulk's Objective: Hulk smash Flux, then Hulk leave!
Standing between you and freedom is a gamma monster named Flux. Flux is a military man-thing with the same incredible power as the Hulk. There are three generators in the room. You need to smash these while avoiding flux' slow attacks and bombs. This isn't too tough to do. Flux isn't a very aggressive attacker and the mini-bombs he rolls out take a second or two to explode, giving you plenty of time to avoid them.
The massive main generator shield is down once you've destroyed the three smaller shield mechanisms. Grab Flux and toss him into the generator. He'll take some damage, then get up and hop onto the balcony, where he'll proceed to toss down mini-bombs. Hop around and avoid these for about half a minute and he'll hop back down to the ground. The three smaller generators will reappear. Repeat the steps above.
After Flux has been thrown in the power core a second time, he'll bust out into flames, hop up on the balcony, and drop more bombs. The flaming Flux is just a bit more powerful and aggressive, but has no new attacks. Once the three generators have respawned, destroy them all again, grab Flux by the cajones, and toss him into the core.
He'll get up, yet again, and hop to the balcony. Repeat the process one last time and be done with this Hulk wannabe.
