South Los Santos is one of the many Locations in Grand Theft Auto V. Franklin is a resident of South Los Santos. It is probably based on the real world South Los Angeles. The area also includes the well known Grove Street, which featured heavily in the previous incarnation of Los Santos but has changed significantly since.
