Based on a full-sized 1500 Dodge Ram Van, which was actually out of production when GTA V launched.

The Youga can be modified at Los Santos Customs and Beeker's Garage. Some of the available mods are unique to the Youga. This makes the Youga a bit special, as all the other similar full-sized American vans (Burrito, Pony, Speedo) have no modifications available.

This is probably due to the other vans being "cargo vans" only, with no side windows. These vans often spawn with company logos and lettering on their sides, rear doors and perhaps their front doors. These added graphics might interfere with the Respray function at the custom shops. The Youga, in contrast, always spawns as a windowed passenger van with no additional company graphics, making the application of a new painted skin much easier. Interestingly, one of the unique options available to the Youga is converting the side windows to sheet metal, making the Youga solid-sided like the unmodifiable Burrito, Pony and Speedo.

Some of the unique Youga mods include a "high roof" addition, custom front bumpers with a tow hook or a tow hook + external oil cooler combo, and an interior roll cage. The roll cage changes colour to match the paint of the bottom colour band of the van (Secondary Paint zone). Adding the roll cage also adds a steering column-mounted tachometer pod.

The Youga has chrome vent hoods/drip rails over the front door windows. These are permanent and can't be removed.
