Declasse Burrito
The Declasse Burrito is very similar to the 1999 Chevy Van. The Burrito cannot be modified at Los Santos Customs or Beeker's Garage; the garage doors will not open for it and the text "This vehicle cannot be modified here" appears on-screen.
There is a "Gang Burrito" variant, driven by members of The Lost MC. The Gang van is always black, has red rims and a red spoiler, side-mounted exhaust, roof-mounted lights and features The Lost MC insignia on the sides. When switching the player's character to Trevor, there is one possible scene which has Trevor throwing a member of The Lost off a bridge in Los Santos. When the scene ends, there is an empty Lost MC Gang Burrito parked next to him on the road. The license plates on this van are blank. They have the red "San Andreas" script at the top, as well as the stickers in the top corners, but they don't display any numbers/letters on the main body, which is gloss white. Don't know if this is a glitch or not. Either way, it might be a "keeper" for the avid rare vehicle collector.
The Gang van can be saved in a house garage, but it won't be accepted in a character's 4-car garage. It will also disappear if kept in Trevor's outdoor parking spot at the Vanilla Unicorn safe house. After it disappears, it will not spawn at the Impound Lot. Care must be taken when around it. When not driving it, but being near enough to see it, it's one of those vehicles that disappears if you keep the camera off it for too long.
If the player owns the Scrapyard property, The Lost will occasionally attack the property using several Gang Burritos.
Lost MC Gang Burrito variant:
Ocasionally, a Burrito will spawn with an overhead cargo rack. The body brackets for the roof rack are a permanent part of the Burrito, and can be seen on all Burrito variants, regardless of whether the van has a rack or not. Look for two small black rectangles on each side of the van, just below the roof seam.
The badges on the rear of the Burrito are in different locations, depending on whether the rear cargo doors have windows or not. The van's taillights will also be different, depending on whether the rear doors are windowed or not.

There is another Burrito variant, the Police Transporter, which has a de-badged back end, but retains the Declasse logo on the grille.
