Ultrahand
Ultrahand is one of Link's new Abilities in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom that allows him to both manipulate most objects and also past them together to build vehicles such as cars, boats, and even structures that can fly, and how he does it is completely up to you.
This ability is gained during your time on the Great Sky Island, once you reach the Ukouh Shrine that you are directed to first in the north, near the Temple of Time.
Similar to the Magnesis power Link had in Breath of the Wild, Ultrahand lets you move certain objects around freely -- not just metal ones. These objects can be raised, lowered, and tilted on an x or y axis by holding R and using the D-Pad. Ultrahand can be used on almost any object that isn't nailed down, including weapons, wooden and metal construction supplies, puzzle elements, Zonai devices, most items and materials, and even some Zonai Construct bosses!
All objects that Link picks up can be glued together in any almost any manner you see fit. They can be moved and fused horizontally and vertically, and are stuck together via a visual green glue. These glued objects (not to be confused with the Fuse Ability), will stay in their glued form when picked up again, or you can wiggle a piece around to break it free of the glue. In certain circumstances, certain glued objects may buckle and break apart due to certain physics, but most objects will stay combined until you break them.
Any items that can be picked up and manipulated with Ultrahand glow a special kind of orange color when the ability is activated, and green when they are in range and targeted.
Ultrahand's key use is to create and customize your own types of moving vehicles by combining platforms with Zonai Devices like Wings, Fans, Wheels, Steering Sticks, and even Emitters to give it a combat edge. By hitting an object that you have glued together with Zonai Devices, it will activate any battery-powered devices to begin to function, powering fans or wheels to take you where you need to go. Each Zonai Device glued to the vehicle will drain its own portion of the battery, and the entire vehicle will act as a whole.
