Los Santos Tuners

• Rockstar’s latest major update, Los Santos Tuners, is available now. The update includes a number of additions, including new spaces, new races, new vehicles, and more.
• Los Santos Tuners has introduced new missions. To begin, head to a warehouse (marked by graffiti) on the edge of Cypress Flats, where you can find Mimi and the underground racing scene.
• The update introduces a brand new social space; the LS Car Meet. The LS Car Meet is an underground street racer space in Cypress Flats where players can show off their customized vehicles, become a member, and mod vehicles in real-time with friends, and more.
• Membership in the LS Car Meet costs GTA$50,000, which unlocks new privileges, including the following
  Reputation Progression (Hundreds of Ranks - New Benefits Per Level)
  Test Track access
  Test Rides access (Test Track)
  Prize Ride
  Special Contacts (used to assist for final Contract jobs)
  Mod Shop (Shared space)
  Merch Shop
• Prize Ride Challenges will allow players to compete for a special weekly Prize Ride (the vehicle sitting atop the Vapid Slamtruck) and access to the following:
  Merch Shop
  Tattoo Shop
  Modding Area
• This week the Prize Ride players who complete the Weekly Challenge (finish Top 3 in a Street Race three days in a row) have a chance to win is the following:

• Players earning Reputation to increase their Membership Rank will also unlock rewards, including access to the following:
  New Fashionable Gear
  New Car Customization Options (Wheels, Liveries, etc.)
  Trade Prices for vehicles
  New Race Modes
  Private Car Meet
• Players can earn Reputation in the following ways:
  Participating in Races
  Winning races
  Claiming daily login bonuses
  Using the Test Track
  Spending time at the Car Meet.
• The space also includes a Test Track, which will allow you to take your own cars for a spin or try out any of three cars available for Test Drives (selection of three cars will rotate), and more.
• The three cars available for Test Rides now include the following:
  Karin Calico GTF
  Annis Euros
  Pfister Comet S2 (Coming to Legendary Motorsport next week)
• The update also adds six kinds of Races, such as Head-to-Head matches, Time Trials, new street races in Los Santos, a new Pursuit Series, Street Race Series, and more, and each of the new races, whether part of the Car Meet or not, will have their own Leaderboards.
• 17 new cars will be added to GTA Online over the summer as part of the update, including 10 available now. The new vehicles are as follows:
  Obey Tailgater S
  Annis Euros
  Dinka RT3000
  Annis ZR350
  Vulcar Warrener HKR
  Karin Calico GTF
  Annis Remus
  Dinka Jester RR
  Karin Futo GTX
  Vapid Dominator GTT
• Once they have joined the LS Car Meet, players will gain access to new contacts and jobs, including the ability to join Moodymann, Kenny “KDJ” and Sessanta as they look to get rich quick by robbing high-value targets.
• In order to join the trio, players must do the following:
  Own an Auto Shop
  Speak to KDJ and Sessanta at LS Car Meet
  Discover how to invest in one via Maze Bank Foreclosures Site
• These Contracts grant players access to high-level activities including the following:
  Taking on the IAA
  Taking on Merryweather
  and more
• Each contract can be completed alone, or with up to three other players, and customizing your car for each job will help quite a bit.
• The Auto Shop grants players a 10-car garage that shows off your vehicles with style, as well as a modification bay for personal vehicles and friends, and Exotic Exports access, which includes the following:
  Daily lists of work picking up vehicles throughout the city
  Optional upgrades (such as drivers) to help with vehicle deliveries
  Car lift to increase mod business capacity
  living quarters
• High level members can also initiate a Private Takeover of the space, including customizable lighting and banner colors.
• New music is also available now in GTA Online, thanks to the update. Interested players can hunt down a set of media sticks to add it to their car playlists. New music includes classics and exclusives from the following:
  Nex
  Channel Tres
  Gansta Boo & Jessie Johnson (from Prince’s band, The Time)
• Players can also search the city for four Monday Dreamin’ EP’s from CircoLoco Records. Collecting all four will unlock the following:
  CircoLoco Tee
  Special continuous DJ mix version of a Monday Dreamin’ compilation (includes new versions of all 20 tracks made for Los Santos Tuners)
• Born x Raised has also arrived on the LS Streetwear scene, so interested players can pick up the following:
  Black Born x Raised tee (Clothing stores)
  Whitee Born x Raised tee (complete Robbery Contract Finale - delivered within 72 hours of login after Aug. 2)
• When the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S versions of GTA Online launch later in 2021, a select fleet vehicles will be upgradeable with higher top speeds and more, all available only on PS5 or Xbox Series X/S.
• More updates, including new vehicles, Robbery Contracts, collectibles, Prize Rides, Challenges, Test Rides, will arrive in the coming weeks.
