The Epsilon Tracts collectibles sidequest is available after 24 in-game hours after completing the Unknowing The Truth Epsilon mission. Marnie will send an email to Michael stating that there are Epsilon tracts to be found.

There are TEN Epsilon Tracts to find and each one has to be found IN ORDER one-by-one (they can't be found separately). When you find the first Tract in Mount Chiliad, Marnie will send text messages with clues for the next location.

TRACT #1: MOUNT CHILIAD (EAST)

The first Tract is at the peak of Mount Chiliad. Take the tram to the top and then approach the wooden observation post to find the Tract.

TRACT #2: PALOMINO HIGHLANDS BEACHSIDE

The Tract is located next to some underwater wreckage. You need to equip Scuba gear due to the deep length of the dive, so find a Dinghy and suit up. The Tract is sitting next to the wreckage of a steam paddle boat.

TRACT #3: PALETO BAY (NORTHERNMOST LANDMASS)

This Tract is located on a landmass at the northernmost part of Paleto Bay. Either swim towards the rock or ride up in a boat/jetski to find the Tract on the top of the landmass.

TRACT #4: MOUNT CHILIAD UNDERPASS

This Tract is sitting near an emergency door (labeled as "T-02") in an underpass in Mount Chiliad. Drive to the center of the underpass to find the Tract sitting in front of the door.

TRACT #5: LITTLE SEOUL CATHOLIC CHURCH

The Tract is sitting on the left side of the Little Seoul church.

TRACT #6: SONAR DOCKS @ PALETO COVE

This Tract is located at Paleto Cove where the Sonar Docks property can be found. The Tract is at the end of the pier sitting on the jetty.

TRACT #7: MANSION @ RICHMAN

The Tract is located at a large red castle-like mansion in Richman. The Tract is sitting on the entrance stairway.

TRACT #8: MOUNT CHILIAD (NORTH)

The Tract is located in Mount Chiliad not far from where you found the first Tract. Go down the hill to find two evergreen trees and you'll see the Tract sitting in front of them.

TRACT #9: MAZE BANK BUILDING ROOFTOP

This Tract is located in Downtown at the Maze Bank Building (the tallest building in Los Santos). Grab a helicopter and fly to the roof of the building and you'll see the Tract in the middle of the Helipad.

TRACT #10: PACIFIC BLUFFS CEMETERY

The final Tract is located on a small island at the Pacific Bluffs Cemetery. The Tract is sitting on front of the tombstone. Congrats, that's all TEN tracts!

After you complete all ten Tracts, Marnie sends Michael an email with confirmation of Tract completion.
