Steam Deck Model Comparisons
Valve's Steam Deck launched with three models. The primary difference between the three is the onboard storage size and storage speed. According to Valve, there are no in-game differences in frame rate or graphics between the three models.
- 64GB Steam Deck
This is the lowest priced model at $399 USD and includes the carrying case. It also has eMMC internal storage rather than the NVMe SSD internal storage the other two models have.
- 256GB Steam Deck
The middle model costs $529 USD, has faster storage than the lowest priced model due to its NVMe SSD, includes the carrying case, and has an "exclusive Steam community profile bundle."
- 512GB Steam Deck
The highest priced model costs $649 USD, includes the carrying case and Steam community profile bundle, has the NVMe SSD storage, but also includes a "premium anti-glare etched glass" and an exclusive virtual keyboard theme.
