How to Access Cosmetics
In a genre known for its loot but with an overhead camera that offers little in the way of details, we fans certainly love our cosmetics—to an extent. A transmogrification system, for instance, is the perfect way to add cosmetics to a game and allow for greater depth and customization possibilities. Last Epoch currently focuses its cosmetic efforts on an in-game store, albeit more affordable than many titles in the genre, but still quite limited in scope. If you don't mind paying a few dollars for your current favorite ARPG—who can blame you?—then let's dive in and learn all about cosmetics, including how to access them, unlock more, and whether you can use cosmetics in the Offline Mode.

You can access all of your unlocked cosmetics by opening your inventory (Hotkey: I) and then selecting "Appearance" in the top right corner of the menu. Once in the Appearance menu, select each slot and customize the overall aesthetic of your character using purchasable and unlocked cosmetic skins.
You have a few options here, including:
- Helmet
- Chest Armor
- Boots
- Gloves
- Weapon
- Shield
- Back Cosmetics
- Profile Frame
- Profile Image
- Portal
- Pet Slots
There are also slots along the bottom for "Equipped Skills" and "All Skills." You can customize the appearance of specific skills in the game using unique cosmetics purchased from the in-game microtransaction store.
When all is said and done, you can roam the world as a character that looks similar to this:
How to Unlock Additional Cosmetics in Last Epoch
Last Epoch does not feature a transmogrification system in the sense that you can unlock unique skins and appearances for your items based on the loot you find while playing. Instead, the only cosmetics available in Last Epoch stem from the game's store.
And speaking of the cosmetics store, you must use premium currency, known as Epoch Points, to purchase cosmetics. These come in bundles:

- 50 Epoch Points - $4.99
- 100 Epoch Points - $9.99
- 200 Epoch Points - $19.99
Alternatively, you can purchase Supporter Packs that vary in price. These include:
- Eternal Traveler - $19.99
- Eternal Templar - $29.99
- Eternal Vanquisher - $39.99
- Eternal Legend - $49.99
Each pack includes a handful of cosmetic items and Epoch Points.
Cosmetics in Offline Mode
Unfortunately, in a decision that baffles many within the community, you cannot access cosmetics in Offline Mode in Last Epoch. Despite paying money for most, if not all, of your cosmetics, they're only accessible in the Online Mode.
There's also no word on whether this will change in the future.
