The Apple Watch SE is the best budget Apple Watch currently available, which means it doesn't come with the same features as the Series 8 or the Ultra. The Series 8 has a ceramic back case as well as an always-on retina display that the SE doesn't have at all.
Additionally, the Apple Watch Series 8 comes with a blood oxygen sensor, an electrical heart sensor, and temperature sensing. It also comes with fast charging so you won't have to leave it plugged in for nearly as long as the SE.
