Eidos' gritty sequel ended Toy Story 3: The Video Game's three-week stint at the top of the charts. Debuting at number one, it's this week's only new entry in the top twenty of the full price chart, with Red Dead Redemption still lingering at number three.
With Mafia II out this week and Halo: Reach looming near, it's unlikely Kane & Lynch 2 will retain the top spot for long. We gave it a flat 7.0 in our review, which the review machine translates as 'Decent'.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 was the eleventh best selling game in the UK this week, no mean feat for a game initially released in November last year, and this week it overtook Dr Kawashima's Brain Training on the DS as the UK biggest selling game of all time.
