Smallville: "Quest" -- 8:00pm ET/PT on The CW. Lex is attacked by a cloaked stranger who carves kryptonian symbols into his chest - a message for Clark. Chloe and Clark investigate and discover one member of the Veritas clan has survived and is hiding in a church. Clark and Lex race to be the first to find this mysterious Veritas member, who holds the key to Clark's survival.
My Name Is Earl: "Girl Earl" -- 8:00pm ET/PT on NBC. After karma leads Earl back to Billie, they decide that they were meant to give their relationship a chance. Billie is inspired by Earl's good deeds and creates a karma list of her own. On her list is a champion grocery bagger that both Billie and Earl previously stole from so they decide to track him down to make things right. After they find the grocery bagger completely down and out, Earl quickly discovers another side of Billie and what being in a relationship with her is really like.
Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? -- 8:00pm ET/PT on Fox. The new 5th grade class extends a helping hand on this atypical quiz show that tests adults' lack of knowledge as revealed by how much they've forgotten since elementary school. Grownups again find themselves in a classroom setting, revisiting their youth, as they tackle subjects they've already been taught, ranging from art to geography and math to social studies. However, the players are not alone. There is a way for contestants to "cheat" in this classroom. The adults have the opportunity to get some help from real grade-schoolers, who will offer what they think is the correct a-n-s-w-e-r.
Survivor: Fans vs Favorites: "If It Smells Like a Rat, Give It Cheese!" -- 8:00pm ET/PT on CBS. The women on the tribe use their powers of seduction to test the only man remaining in the game. Will he fight temptation or will it cost him the game?
Ugly Betty: "Betty's Baby Bump" -- 8:00pm ET/PT on ABC. Betty switches gears with rival Charlie and tries to befriend her by throwing a baby shower, a party that no one will ever forget. Meanwhile, Hilda confronts Justin's PE teacher when she learns Justin is flunking gym; Daniel unravels after his break-up with Renee, and Christina finally learns who fathered the baby she's carrying for Wilhelmina.
Scrubs: "My Princess" -- 8:30 pm ET/PT on NBC. Dr. Cox recounts his tough day at the hospital to his son through an imaginative fairy tale. When Princess Eliot's handmaiden falls ill at the hands of an unknown monster the Village Idiot is summoned to help rescue her, but with the Dark Lord standing in their way, the duo can't do it alone. The Giant keeps an eye out for the heroes while the two-headed Turla lends some magic, but it's the brave knight in shining armor -- storyteller -- Dr. Cox that lends them the knowledge that may save the day. However, with Dr. Kelso regulating shifts, the staff of Sacred Heart may not have time to figure out how to slay the monster. Will Eliot's patient live happily ever after?
The Office: "Job Fair" -- 9:00pm ET/PT on NBC. Jim hits the links with Andy and Kevin to try and land his biggest client ever. Meanwhile, Michael sets up a booth at a local job fair, which happens to be at Pam's alma mater, to find "the best and the brightest" for Dunder-Mifflin's summer internship.
Supernatural: "Time Is On My Side" -- 9:00pm ET/PT on The CW. As time runs out for Dean, Sam convinces him to head to Eerie, Pennsylvania to investigate a possible zombie case. Instead, they discover Doc Benton, a real-life doctor who, in 1816, abandoned his medical practice to follow his obsession with finding the key to eternal life by drugging people and stealing their vital organs. Meanwhile, Bobby finds out where Bela is hiding, and Dean heads out to confront her, leaving Sam behind to deal with the good doctor. Dean and Bela battle it out for the last time, and Dean leaves Bela in a desperate, and possibly fatal, position.
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation: "Two and a Half Deaths" -- 9:00pm ET/PT on CBS. Grissom and the CSI team become involved in the world of Hollywood comedy when a diva sitcom star meets an untimely demise while filming her show in Las Vegas.
Recently the writers from CSI and Two and a Half Men traded jobs for one episode. Being a fan of CSI since the pilot, I can't wait to see what they came up with. I recorded this week's Two and a Half Men, but I haven't had a chance to see it, but the commercials looked good. |
American Chopper: "Production Bike Showcase" -- 9:00pm ET/PT on TLC. Season Finale -- The motorcycle industry singles out OCC for a prestigious award. But with no production bikes in house, the crew scrambles to get more built for the award showcase.With mock-up underway, the Teutuls head south with some new bikes and a reunion with Russ.
TNA: iMPACT! -- 9:00pm ET/PT on Spike TV. iMPACT! delivers a distinct brand of high-risk athletic entertainment. Taking pro-wrestling to the extreme, TNA takes younger talent and gives them a stage which would otherwise not be available. The result of the high-flying wrestling is total non-stop action.
Grey's Anatomy: "The Becoming" -- 9:00pm ET/PT on ABC. The nurses' objections to McSteamy's trysts lead to the instating of a new "date and tell" policy. Meanwhile news of Burke's latest career achievements force Cristina to face her feelings for her ex, Meredith and Derek admit a veteran soldier into their clinical trial, and Callie turns to Sloan in her time of need.
30 Rock: "Cooter" -- 9:30pm ET/PT on NBC. Jack assumes a new political role in Washington, DC. When the job is not what he expected, Jack partners with another government employee, Cooter, to scheme on how to get fired. For his plan to work, Jack must enlist the help of former girlfriend C.C. Meanwhile, Liz is slowly adjusting to life without Jack as a daily sounding board especially when she has a pregnancy scare involving Dennis, the "former" Subway Hero. Kenneth is preparing his personal essay for an application to be a page at the Summer Olympics in Beijing, but Donny, the head page gets in his way. Finally, Tracy is in the advanced stages of the invention that will be his legacy to his children.
Lost: "Cabin Fever" -- 10:00pm ET/PT on ABC. Locke is enlightened as to the whereabouts of Jacob's cabin, and life aboard the freighter becomes perilous.
ER: "Tandem Repeats" -- 10:00pm ET/PT on NBC. Morris is de-briefed by the hospital psychologist after his traumatic run in with the jewelry thieves. Neela is frustrated when Sheryl must go in for a fourth surgery to fix the infection. Abby struggles to make a decision after she is offered a new job.
Without a Trace: "Driven" -- 10:00pm ET/PT on CBS. A tow-truck driver who had saved a boy's life vanishes, and the team believes the man's heroism and a secret from his past hold the secret to finding him.
Miami Ink: "Tim's Pinups" -- 10:00pm ET/PT on TLC. Married life has put Yoji under a lot of stress lately, so Ami helps him out by babysitting Syd for the day. Yoji takes the opportunity to go for a quiet lunch with his wife Bridgett, but his nerves get the best of him.
Lil' Bush: President of the United States: "Pooty-Poot" -- 10:30pm ET/PT on Comedy Central. When Lil' Vladimir Putin and Lil' George start a schoolyard rivalry, it escalates to Lil' Putin poisoning Lil' George, whose head swells to five times its normal size. After some training from former wrestling champ Barbara Bush, Lil' George faces off against Lil' Putin in a classic playground battle. Meanwhile, Lil' Cheney has been partnered with Lil' Nancy Pelosi, and given a watermelon to care for as their child. When it becomes apparent that their watermelon is a lesbian, Lil' Cheney has some hard choices to make.
