Triforce Shard 7
Triforce Chart 7 (GameCube only) (C-5) / Triforce Shard 7
Warp to Southern Fairy Isle and head northwest to square C-5: Stone Watcher Island. Get off at the island with the giant stone head, aptly named Stone Watcher Island. Pick up the head with the help of your Power Bracelets?and smash it to reveal a hidden entrance.

Inside the cave, you will find a small battle dungeon. Clear all the rooms (and don't forget to steal pendants from the Bokoblin posse). When you exit back out to the central arena, where you will encounter two knights. Defeat them to unlock the door to the Triforce treasure chamber.
Inside, play the Wind's Requiem while standing on the blue emblem to make the treasure chest appear. Open it to get the seventh Triforce Shard.
GameCube Version: Instead of the shard, you will find Triforce Chart 7. Have Tingle translate it for 398 Rupees. Warp to Dragon Roost Island and head north to the F-1: Seven-Star Isles. There's not a whole lot to do here, but you'll find what you're looking for.
