The Triforce Shard 2 is located on E5: Private Oasis. You have to complete the maze here to get it. In the Wii U Version, the Triforce Shard is located in the chest inside. In the GameCube version, you instead get the Triforce Chart 2 (GameCube).

Triforce Chart 2 (E-5) / Triforce Shard 2 (D-1)

The next Triforce Shard (GameCube: Chart) is hidden on the Private Oasis island on square E-5. But don't bother traveling there without first getting your hands on the deed to the isle. To get this deed, warp to Windfall Island.

Go to the schoolhouse during the day and talk to the teacher. After you're done chatting, exit and talk to the gang of kids outside. The Killer Bees, as the kids call themselves, will hide somewhere in town -- and it's up to you to find them.

The first kid is hiding on top of the tree at the entrance to the town. The trick to getting him down is to roll into the tree (run forward + A). Once the kid's on the ground, he will run away. Follow him and catch up by performing rolls. The second kid is hiding in the back of the Bomb?Shop. Float or sidle over there.

The third kid is hiding behind the stone with the Elvis wannabe on the cliff. The fourth kid is up on the walkway next to the town gate -- hiding behind a bush. Chase her down and you will have found all the kids.

You will receive a Piece of Heart as reward. Go back to the teacher and talk to her once more. You will receive a Purple Rupee. Go back out and talk to the kids again. The kids will tell you about the teacher's liking to Joy Pendants. They will tell you that you can find one on top of a tree -- but if you've been playing for a while, you should have more than enough by now. Go back into the school and show the teacher a Joy Pendant. She will give you a Red Rupee and tell you that she'd love to have 20 of them.

Give her the 20 Pendants. If you don't have that many, search the seas for platforms and steal Pendants from the pink Bokoblins (use your Grappling Hook). Try going to the Dragon Roost Cavern to find some Bokoblins. You will receive the Cabana Deed in exchange. This makes you the rightful owner of the Oasis (and the Oasis will now be named "whatever-your-name-is's Oasis"). Travel to your new home at E-5.

Walk up to the door of your house and show the Deed while standing in front of the door (the Cabana Deed is in your Delivery Bag).

The door will be unlocked. Inside your new home, you can smash the pots with your Grappling Hook for plenty of Rupees, or play slide puzzles to your heart's content (each one gets you big bucks) -- but there's of course more to this house. Look up.

Shoot your Grappling Hook at the bar hanging from the ceiling to turn off the fire in the fireplace. Enter the fireplace and drop through the hole.

Underneath, you will find a sewer labyrinth. Here's how you get through without getting lost: Go straight and make a right. Turn right at the T-section and climb down the hole. Crawl into the small opening to the right. Both openings connect to the same tunnel, by the way. Make a right at the split and then straight and you'll end up in a room with a ladder. Climb up.

Hit the two switches, then go through the left passage. Climb down the ladder. There are two small openings. Take the left one first. At the end of the tunnel, you'll find a small chamber with a treasure chest. It contains an Orange Rupee (worth 100). Crawl back into the hole.

Crawl down the other tunnel and you'll get to another room with a ladder. Climb up and walk to the switch. Hit it with your Hammer to open the gate in front of you.

That gate leads back to the entrance, so drop into the hole to the left first. Defeat the ReDead. Crawl through the small tunnel and climb up the stairs in the room that follows.

Stand on the wind tile and play the Wind's Requiem. Open the chest that appears to get Triforce Chart 2. Exit the sewers.
