Boss: Helmaroc King

The first part of the battle against this giant bird with the face armor is a race up a spiral walkway. Keep on running at full speed and don't bump into anything. The bird will strike at the walkway and cause it to break, so don't stop. Ignore the enemies on the way and you'll get to the top just fine.

When you're at the top, the bird will block your path. Equip your Hammer?and smack him in the face. You did it! Congrats, the battle is...

Nah, of course not. The bird recovers and will attack you from the air. When the feathered foe lands, whip out your Hammer and approach cautiously. The bird will strike with its beak -- evade and it'll miss. Now's your chance. Hammer time! Sometimes, the bird will flap its wings and create wind that pushes you into the spikes that line the tower. Roll forward towards the bird to avoid getting hurt.

After a few hits, the bird's face armor breaks and you can attack its head with your sword. Avoid the creature's aerial swoops by rolling out of the way and repeat your attack pattern until the only thing that's left is feathers.

Grab the Heart Container and head up the last piece of walkway. Open the door.
