Sleeping Beauty, is that you? The entrance to the Great Fairy's shell is blocked by those nasty, thorny vines. Hit all three switches with your Hammer and the entrance will be clear.

Enter the well and the fairy will reward you with an upgrade, most likely more arrow carrying capacity.
Next, head towards the two platforms nearby. Destroy all four gun turrets with your cannon to make a chest appear. Climb the ladder and open it to get a Gold Feather. If you want, float across to the other platform and steal Joy Pendants from the guards.
Sunken Treasure: Back outside, use Treasure Chart #5 to track down a hidden Piece of Heart in the water.
