Once you make it to Dragon Roost Island from Windfall Island you'll meet the Rito people, descendants of the once, great Zora. Once you get out of your boat you'll he tell you to recieve the Wind Waker. Once you accept it you can go exploring, there are huge rocks everywhere and the only way to break them are to pick up the bomb plants and throw it at them. Once you make it inside, you'll meet up with the Rito postman you met on Outset Island, and he's already told the chief about your adventure. He will also give you the delivery bag. The chief will greet you and tell you to go meet Medli upstairs. When once you meet Medli she'll tell you about the chief's son, Prince Komali, who is depressed because he can't get his scale from Valoo. Medli will also tell you to go into the entrance of Dragon Roost Canvern. After you meet Prince Komali you set for the entrance of Dragon Roost Cavern where Medli is waiting for you. It is quite...wierd in there. Medli ask you to throw her over to the other end of the broken bridge with the help of the wind so she can see what's wrong with Valoo. Once you succed she will give you a bottle. Once you walk outside of the Cavern, the chief is waiting outside the entrance, because Medli already got herself captured. Using the bottle gather some of the water surrounding the boulder and take it to the withered bomb flowers near the area's entrance. Dump the water on the withered bomb flower and use it to destroy the boulder. If you fail with the bomb flower once, not to worry because the same bomb flower plant will now regrow. Once crossing the now refilled lake using the bomb flowers in the vicinity, land a bomb flower into each of the vases the two statues hold. Now you must go in and save Medli.
