Tingle Island

Tingle Island is home to the strange, green-clad, wannabe Kokiri, Tingle. You have to first rescue him from his jail cell on Windfall Island, of course. After this is done, you will receive his chart in the mail. You have to visit Tingle later on in the quest to get your Triforce Charts deciphered. Each one costs 398 Rupees, so make sure you have enough money when you stop by.

His brother Knuckle will also appear on this island and trade Tingle Statues for hard cash once you have solved his mini-quest on Outset Island.

Scan the horizon with your Telescope to locate a flock of seagulls. Head towards them and you will encounter a Big Octo. Use your Boomerang or cannon to shoot the Octo's eyes. Once you're done, use the Grappling Hook?to find a Piece of Heart.
