Bows
If you like to engage in ranged combat, then you must master the different bows available in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. In this IGN Wiki Guide, we review all the Bows in the game, including how they work and their Hyrule Compendium Number.
What are Bows
Bows are a secondary type of weapon you can use in this game, so at every moment, you'll be able to equip a Spear/Two-handed weapon/One-Handed Weapon and a Bow.
To use a Bow, you'll need arrows. These can be bought from merchants, found while exploring around, or as loot from fallen enemies. Just like regular weapons, arrows can be fused to another item to increase their damage output or to deal elemental damage. Remember that you'll need to fuse each arrow, unlike weapons, where you just fuse them once and forget about it until the weapon breaks.

Bows are an excellent weapon for situations where you need to attack enemies that are far away or when you need to hunt an animal without alerting them of your presence. However, they will break after a while, so always keep an array of bows in your inventory, just in case.
