Armor of the Sky Set
The Armor of the Sky set is part of the unique armor sets that can be gained by using specific?Zelda-themed Amiibo, however unlike Breath of the Wild, each of these armor pieces can also be found by exploring and finding chests in the world.
This set is inspired from Link's appearance in The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. Same as with The Armor of the Hero and most of the classic outfits, The Armor of the Sky does not offer major upgrade bonus for equpping the entire set, nor can you dye it at the Hateno Village Dye Shop. However, you can upgrade set once you reach the Great Fairy Fountains located throughout Hyrule.

Where to Find the Armor of the Sky Set in TotK
Old Maps hidden in treasures throughout the Sky Archipelagos, usually mark you the spot for the location of armor pieces. However, even if you have not found the Old Maps, you can still head out to acquire the hidden armor pieces. The location of where these pieces are hidden vary, even if they are from the same armor set.
While the Depths can be a daunting task to explore, luckily the pieces of his armor set are all found relatively near their closest Chasm entry points. There will be a few Lightroots necessary to make your search easier, but like the mines, the majority of them will be close to the chasm you five from the surface. However, best of all, these pieces are unguarded by enemies, so you will only need to fight the darkness until you reach the respective treasures.
To make navigation easier, make sure to bring some Brightbloom seeds, which are typically found in caves scattered throughout Hyrule. These will be essential as you reach key Lightroots to light your way. Some enemies might also drop some Brightbloom but scarcely, so it is recommended not to rely on such occasions.
