The Restless Cricket is a one of the creatures found in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Most creatures drop recoverable materials and some are used for as ingredients for cooking, side quests, shrine quests or armor upgrades.

One of the best ways to find Restless Crickets is in tall grass when cut. However, since they often fly away upon approach, equip the Sheikah Stealth Suit (preferablly upgraded for increased stealth) and start cutting grass with spin attacks. With high enough stealth, they won't flee for several moments, letting you run around and grab them after chopping down grass.
