All Optional Phone Calls
Throughout Still Wakes the Deep, you'll encounter optional phone calls that you can answer. These phone calls can sometimes be easily missed as they often occur once you have left the room, and you'll need to listen carefully for distant ringing. You'll also need to be quick to answer these phone calls, otherwise, they'll eventually time out.
Thankfully, we've compiled a list of all phone calls that occur in Still Wakes the Deep so you can complete the Clear Down achievement. Alternatively, you can follow along with our interactive Walkthrough guide, which also provides details on all missable achievements and trophies.
Phone Call #01
At the start of your second visit to Accommodation, leave the room with the heater and head right into the nearby room. There, you’ll find a phone ringing on the wall—be quick to answer it, as it will eventually stop.
Phone Call #02
After losing the lifeboat on Port Side, head up onto the walkway, climb up the staircase, and attempt to open the door.
With no luck, climb down and answer the phone that will begin to ring along the wall.
Phone Call #03
Near the end of your time on Port Side, you'll enter a small building. Here, you can answer the ringing phone by the ladder. This call is coming from Innes, who's in the Derrick, but the person he’s with is turning, and the line will soon go dead.
Phone Call #04
When entering Rennick's Office after the helicopter crash during your second visit to the Deck, you'll need to answer the phone that's ringing on the wall behind his desk.
Phone Call #05
Following the above phone call, leave the office but return inside when you hear the phone ring again.
Phone Call #06
Now, leave Rennick’s Office via the front door and head inside to the Administration floor. When entering, head down the hallway and into the door on your right. Inside, pick up the ringing phone, where you’ll learn that Scooby is in the Administration module on the deck below and is being hunted down by one of the monsters.
Phone Call #07
After climbing down the crashed helicopter on the Starboard Side, follow the path until you reach a small building. Inside, you'll have the chance to answer the ringing phone on the wall.
Phone Call #08
After successfully resetting the Protective Relay during your first visit to Engineering, you'll be able to answer the ringing phone on the wall beside the door that leads to LEG A.
Phone Call #09
When arriving at the top of the Accommodation floor after escaping LEG B, use the heater in the locker room and then answer Roy's incoming phone call.
Phone Call #10
Following Roy's phone call, head out onto the roof via the nearby door and then quickly return inside, as the phone will begin to ring again.
Phone Call #11
After escaping the flooded Engineering floor, you'll enter Accommodation for the third time. Now, after using the heater, head through the door to your left—note the phone on your right—as you need to find a way up to the roof to help Roy.
When leaving through the door, very briefly enter the hallway opposite the Crew Lounge and then quickly return to the now-ringing telephone we pointed out earlier, where Caz will hear another conversation from Suze.
Phone Call #12
After finding Roy inside the Roof Hut, the nearby phone will begin to ring, and Finlay will inform you that she needs you to get to Marine Control, as the flooded rig has made it impossible for her to reach the area.
Phone Call #13 and #14
When entering Marine Control, head into the back room, where you'll receive a call from Finlay as she guides you through the process of flooding the Forward Pontoon. During this section, you'll make two phone calls to Finlay.
Phone Call #15
When navigating the flooded rig as you attempt to meet Finlay and Brodie in Drill Ops, you'll come across a small office room that's still intact. Upon entering the office, pick up the phone on the wall when it rings to listen to another conversation from Suze. As you might notice, the calls have become increasingly frantic as the game progresses.
If you have answered all the phone calls above, you'll pop the Clear Down trophy.
