Floating Waterway
This page takes you through World 10 Stage 1 Floating Waterway in the adventure mode campaign for Ring Fit Adventure.
To select this level, make sure you've completed World 9 - Flex Dojo. Then you should be able to choose World 10 - Grandminion Gauntlet in your menu. You'll also need to go through the portal. Turn your Ring-Con like a steering wheel towards the level or you can use the thumbstick on the Joy-Con.
Squeeze in on the Ring-Con or select confirmation on your Joy-Con to bring up a descriptive screen about the level. This will tell you things like an estimation of how long a level will take, approximately how many calories you'll burn, and what experience you can hope to gain. Some of this is based on the stats you entered earlier and will be subject to the individual.

This level will take about 6 minutes and give you 3400 EXP. It's suggested you are level 70 before attempting this stage.

Floating Waterway
Begin jogging and you'll immediately come to a squat swing so get squatting to cross the gap.
How to Use Squat Swings
When you are close enough to the Swing, you will automatically get on it. Squat while standing on the swing and it will glow and makes a sound.
Keep Squatting to charge the swing. This works best when done at the apex of each swing may change the direction of the swing.
Once you've gotten maximum swing, you want to squat to make the swing push you in the direction you need. You'll then automatically jump.
It's worth noting that when you're at the top of the swing it will go right around if it has the momentum.
Keep jogging then break the crate in front of you to follow the path downwards. Dash against the backwards corridor and move forward and you'll come to the first of the fit battles for this stage.
Fit Battle - Naughtlus, Blue Gobhoplin
Choose your best move that will hit both the enemies - this may take them both out but the Gobhoplins are pretty tough.

Ab guard and keep battling if you need to, this simple battle shouldn't take too long.
A few steps forward you'll come to a treasure chest just before a crate. Squat 3 times to open the chest and you'll get the Matcha Latte and Melon Soda Recipes to add to your smoothie recipes.
Keep running and you'll get on a platform that lowers. You can make it to the top with a super jump but you'll only get a couple of extra coins for your effort. Regardless, keep moving forward against the conveyor belt til you come to another squat swing.
Once off the swing, smash the crate to the right and keep jogging and you'll come to the water where you need to paddle across.
How to Travel Over Water
When you are close enough to the water, you will automatically get on the stand-up paddleboard.
Turn the Ring-Con and press it into your abs. Then twist from the hips upwards side to side to row.
Sometimes you may also need to squat while doing this to get under bridges, or twist faster to paddle against currents.
Start paddling and you'll come to a bridge where you need to squat as you go beneath it. Then down a small waterfall which is followed by another you'll have to paddle extra hard to get up.
After this, you'll have to chase down an experience medal so paddle quickly and don't forget to squat when needed before one more waterfall and then dry land.
Jog up the ramp and forward a bit and you'll find another squat swing. Then run up the ramp, and do a super jump by pressing in on the ring twice to get up to the higher level for a shot at another experience medal - though you'll need to be careful of the spiky rollers coming your way.

If you miss this jump the paths rejoin quickly and you'll be at an elevating platform where you can vacuum up coins on the side. Then break the crate to the left followed by another one.
This will put you on another backwards conveyor belt so dash to get across making sure to break the moving crate to the right to get the last experience medal.
Jog a bit further and you'll come to another chest which has the Shadow Jogger shoes to add to your clothing and materials. Next is another squat swing.
Dash across the falling platforms and use your lower ring press to hover over the gap to stay on the top level. This will get you another chest but this one you'll have to chase.
Break the crate on the left as you chase the chest for a few ingredients then catch and open the chest for 50 coins.
Break one more crate to your left and then get a good run up for the end of this platforms so you can glide over the last Fit Battle and get to another series of squat swings.
This will put you at the goal so finish the stage with a victory pose so you can check your stats and progress.

Finishing this stage will also get you access to the chest just past it to get the Beafsteak plant smoothie.
