How creative can you get with your first free checklist?
Akame Network
During Chapter 2, Joryu will gain access to the Akame Network. This network acts as a fixer service for the city, meaning the citizens of Osaka can ask Akame and Kiryu for help. However, it will soon blossom into the centre of most of Like a Dragon: The Man Who Erased His Name’s side content.
Once Akame introduces the system to you through the main quest, you’ll be able to invest in as much Akame Network side content as you like, allowing you to unlock new items, take on side quests and more. Let’s quickly run through how the Akame Network functions and what you can gain by investing time in it.

Akame Network Stroll n’ Patrol Missions
The first element of the Akame Network you’ll begin to interact with are requests. These are short objectives that take just a minute or two to complete and raise the level of the Akame Network, providing additional missions and other bonuses.
They’ll be dotted around Shofukucho, and can be completed by approaching NPCs marked on your map and helping them with a task. You can find Akame Network Requests by opening your map and looking for exclamation mark symbols or fist symbols. An exclamation symbol indicates a mission that will require Joryu to complete a task and fist symbols will indicate a mission revolving around fighting thugs.
When you arrive at a marker, you’ll find an eye symbol above a civilian in need. Talk to the civilian to begin the mission. After it’s complete, you’ll earn money and Network Points. Network Points improve the Akame Network’s level and gain access to new rewards. Although you’ll receive a ton of Stroll n’ Patrol missions upfront, others will become available throughout the campaign, so keep an eye out for them.

Requests
As the Akame Network continues to level up, Joryu will gain access to much longer side missions known as Requests. These can be found in the Akame Network menu under the Request tab.
These missions will deal out much bigger rewards and have more intricate storylines to pursue. As the Akame Network levels up, continue to return to Akame to delve into these side missions.
Investments
As the Akame Network levels up, you’ll find a new tab known as Investments. Here, you can invest in civilian projects, allowing you to gain upgrades, buffs and other useful bonuses.

These range from lowering the cost of ability upgrades to shops that you can purchase items from using your Akame Network points. Keep returning here to see what opportunities you can invest in.
Activity Log
Finally, there’s the activity log. This is a list of side objectives that you can gradually complete while playing the game, whether that’s taking on groups of roaming thugs or offering Akame a cigarette. The list is long and filled with various small tasks you’ll complete throughout your adventure. Each time you do, you’ll earn Network Points, allowing you to gradually level the Akame Network up while playing.
Akame Shop
Unlocked by spending 15,000 Yen on the Akame Shop investment opportunity, the Akame Shop allows you to use your Akame Network points to purchase items. You can grab customization options from the list, as well as new armour and sellable items.
The Akame Shop will get new items if you invest additional money in it, so keep investing and coming back to see what the store has to offer.
