Race down the hill and hop into the Warthog. Don’t rely on the brain-dead AI to drive...take the wheel!
This skull requires you to destroy 5 traffic cones in 2 minutes at the very start of the level. The final traffic cone will despawn if you are not fast enough. It is advised that you use the Gungoose or warthog in order to do this quickly. Upon destroying all 5 traffic cones (and hearing the grunt birthday party sound), go all the way to the very end of the level and you will find the skull on the ground as you enter outside as the guardian begins to "pulse".
The first piece of intel is just before heading across the bridge. You’ll see a structure on the right hand side. Climb to the top to find the first piece of intel.
After you clear the security door and the governor lets you in you’ll find an intel radio to the left hand side. Simply press the button to ride the small lift to the top and grab it before moving on.
On the right hand side of the same large room you’ll find another piece of intel on top of the gear and boxes piled up on that side.
In the space elevator, you’ll face progressive waves of enemies. Use the crates and platforms for cover.
Once you reach the space elevator you’ll find a locker room with some ammo in it. Smash through the vents to grab the intel.
Once the shaft is opened, head through a narrow corridor. Begin climbing scaffolds. When you reach the large opening, grab some heavy weapons and shoot down the aircraft outside, then keep climbing.
As soon as you enter the mine shaft, climb up about one level and you’ll see a data pad near the back middle of the structure near a yellow hat.
The sixth intel is found while climbing the collapsing scaffolding near the top. It’s on the ledge near the front of the structure by a yellow hat.
At the top of the shaft, run outside and rush toward the Pelican.
