Dom will send Franklin a text message saying he's climbed the Maze Bank building. To reach Dom, you'll have to buy/steal a helicopter and fly up to the Maze Bank rooftop (there's no entrance from the ground floor). After the cutscene and make the leap towards the city skyline.
GOLD MEDAL REQUIREMENTS: "DARE DEViL/ BULLSEYE"
Soon after making the jump, freefall for 8 seconds towards the west and then deploy the chute.
The moving truck can be tricky to land on, so fly in as high as possible and then dive in at the last second to land on top of the bed.
Complete the jump to complete the mission.
