Pulling One Last Favor is the final Strangers & Freaks Mission for Tonya in IGN's Grand Theft Auto 5 Walkthrough. This mission is available after completing Still Pulling Favors and "the Jewel Store Job". Tonya will be standing across the street from Franklin's house.

Get to the tow truck and drive over to the crashed vehicle. Hook onto it and drive it to the car shop in Strawberry.
GOLD MEDAL REQUIREMENTS: "MISSION TIME/UNHOOK BONUS"
The objective is the same as before: simply drive as quickly as possible and avoid smashing into anything after hooking the car.
After unhooking the car, do NOT exit the tow truck yet! Drive Tonya back to the tow truck lot and the mission is complete.
