Pulling Favors is the first Strangers & Freaks Mission for Tonya in IGN's Grand Theft Auto 5 Walkthrough. After meeting with Tonya, get into a vehicle and drive over to the impound lot. Take the tow truck to the waypoint in Downtown and then pull up in front or behind the car to start towing it.
When you arrive at the impound lot, unhook the car in the striped area to complete the mission.
MISSION NOTE: RANDOM EVENTS UNLOCKED!
After completing the first Tonya mission, Random Events are unlocked and available for all the characters.
