Littered throughout the San Andreas map are properties that can be purchased for profit and some for pleasure. Properties are available for purchase after completing the Nervous Ron mission with Trevor.

All three characters have the opportunity to purchase properties based on their interests and some based on who's got more money. With the purchase of each profit-based property comes optional missions to help generate even more profit for the business.

The missions that accompany the property do NOT count towards 100% Completion, though the purchase of FIVE of these properties does count towards the 100% completion total.

These are the profit-based properties that can be purchased that have optional missions for profit growth:

• After purchasing the Sonar Docks, Michael will have access to the Abigail missions.
• For the LS Golf Club purchase, all Golf games are free with no dress code

• For the LS Customs purchase, Franklin gets free car Mods for any vehicle.

• Of the three characters, Michael's properties are the most expensive costing him $60 million total. Be sure to invest your Big Score money for lots of extra profit to purchase these companies!

• All private dances and drinks for Trevor at the Vanilla Unicorn are free of charge plus Trevor won't get thrown out for violating the No-Touch policy (though it won't apply for Michael and Franklin).

Non-Mission Properties

Throughout the greater Los Santos area are various establishments that can be purchased that only require a one-time payment without any prerequisite missions for profit/maintenance. These establishments give the player extra perks and can cost a pretty penny but is worth the purchase.
