Paparazzo The Highness
Paparazzo The Highness is the fourth Strangers & Freaks Mission for Beverly in IGN's Grand Theft Auto 5 Walkthrough. When you arrive in Mirror Park, Beverly will instruct for you to meet with his contact at Chico's Market. Make your way to the contact and he'll inform you of the princess' location behind the market.

Follow the contact's advice and go to the roof of the market. Use the dumpster at the other end of the building and climb to the roof. The princess and her bodyguards will be at the back of the market.
GOLD MEDAL REQUIREMENTS: "SILENT SNAPPER/ ROYAL DRAG"
As long as you stay on the roof, you'll be undetected. For the other requirement, you MUST wait for the drug dealer to hand the drugs to the princess and then snap the photo.
Once that's done, send the photo to Beverly and then move away from the roof to complete the mission.
