After you've completed both of Beverly's missions, his last mission opens up at West Vinewood.

After the cutscene, you have the choice of leaving Beverly alone or getting one last bit of revenge....
GOLD MEDAL REQUIREMENTS: "EXPLOSIVE ACTION!"
Equip a Sticky Bomb and then toss and detonate it quickly just as Beverly and his crew run away. If done correctly, the blast will kill all three.
Collect the money from Beverly and his crew (around $500) to complete the mission.
