After the cutscene, enter the nearby Sabre vehicle and drive over to the Zancudo Grains farmhouse.
GOLD MEDAL REQUIREMENTS: "WHAT GOES AROUND/ NO MIGRATION (JOSEF)"
When you arrive, bust out the Stun Gun and tase Josef.
After he's been tased, gun him down until he's completely dead.
After disposing of Josef, approach the farm and Joe will burst out of the farm doors with a tractor. Immediately gun down the tractor's tires to make it stop and Joe will exit the vehicle, leaving him open for a tasing.
GOLD MEDAL REQUIREMENTS: "WHAT GOES AROUND/ NO MIGRATION (JOE)"
As soon as you stop the tractor, run up to Joe and quickly tase him before he runs out of the farm!
After he's been tased, switch to a gun and gun him down for the Gold.
Mission Complete!
