The vehicle in Murrietta Heights is located inside a lumberyard. When you enter the area, Franklin gives Barry a call to confirm the location. From there, Barry requests to deliver the truck without getting spotted by Cops.
GOLD MEDAL REQUIREMENTS: "UNWANTED OUTCOME"
If you drive the truck through the front gates, Franklin will get pegged with a 2-star Wanted level. To avoid that drama, avoid the main exit and make a right turn from the yard and then turn right again (you're making a U-turn). As you make the U-turn, drive down the small alley and you'll see a pair of guard rails.
Drive the truck through the plastic guard rails and land on the grass below. This will allow you to get away from the Cops unnoticed!
Get back onto the streets and drop the truck at Barry's location in Vespucci Beach. When you arrive, exit the vehicle and leave the area to complete the mission.
