Champion | Win the race without using shortcuts |
After the cutscene, start running into the water. Fortunately, Mary-Ann runs all the way into the water, so rather than running in after her, JUMP into the water to get ahead of her. Jump into the water and start swimming and you should be able to get ahead of her quickly.
When you reach the other end of the beach, get on the bicycle and start pedaling towards the checkpoints on the hill. Midway thru the trail is a broken bridge that you can avoid by veering to the side (or you can try to jump it if you've got the skills).
Pedal to the last checkpoint and then start running! Follow the checkpoints to the top of the hill to win the mini-triathlon.

Completing the mission for Franklin unlocks the Triathlon Races! Compete in all three Triathlon Races for 100% Completion.
