Delivering The Truth is the sixth Strangers & Freaks Mission for the Epsilon Cult in IGN's Grand Theft Auto 5 Walkthrough. This mission is available after 48 in-game hours after completing the previous Epsilon mission. Drive on down towards Fort Zancudo to find a large blue airplane waiting near the beachside. Speak with Tom, then board the plane and fly it to the waypoint on the map.
GOLD MEDAL REQUIREMENTS: "TOUCHDOWN/ ZONDAR THE BRIDGE"
As you fly the plane, there will be two opportunities to fly under some bridges. Fly under one of them for the requirement.
As long as you make a soft landing on the runway, you'll score the "Touchdown" requirement.
Land the plane at the Sandy Shores airfield and then exit the plane. Speak to Jimmy to complete the mission.
