An American Welcome is the second Strangers & Freaks Mission for the Minute Men in IGN's Grand Theft Auto 5 Walkthrough. As soon as the mission starts, you'll a small time window to stop the first immigrant on his ATV. You need to stop the first immigrant BEFORE he reaches the first bridge. Drive around the curve and then jump off the cliff to the road below.
GOLD MEDAL REQUIREMENTS: "DOWNED"
When you drive off the cliff, level the vehicle so that it lands in the middle of the road.If done correctly, Josef will instantly tase the immigrant on the ATV as he zooms by the car.
With the first immigrant in tow, drive to the cement factory to encounter two more immigrants escaping in dirtbikes.
GOLD MEDAL REQUIREMENTS: "DOUBLE DOWNED"
When you reach the waypoint, do not stop! Keep driving into the cement factory and then on to the desert to follow the two dirtbike guys.Bump the first guy off the bike (or drive next to him so that Josef can tase him) and then zoom after the second guy. Get them both BEFORE they reach the open road! When both guys are down, grab the first guy and then go back and pick up the other one.
With all three immigrants in the car, exit the vehicle and Joe will take it from there. Mission Complete!
