01	Saint Mark's - Behind a concrete gate in an alley near the Leone Casino.
02	Saint Mark's - Atop of Marco's Bistro.
03	Portland View - Atop of a ledge of the hospital.
04	Chinatown - In some shrubs within the parking lot across from the hospital.
05	Saint Mark's - In the junkyard next to the car dealership.
06	Harwood - Inside of the guard post near the ferry.
07	Harwood - Out at sea, atop of a rock to the west. You can reach it via boat.
08	Callahan Bridge - On a small construction platform between the bridge sides.
09	Callahan Bridge - Under the bridge, you will find a grey concrete ramp. You'll need a fast motorcycle in order to collect this package. Hit the ramp and you will land on the tiny support beam. The package is up here.
10	Portland Beach - On the archway behind Salvatore's house.
11	Portland Beach - On the island with the lighthouse. Use a boat to get there.
12	Harwood - Up central-north, somewhat near the ferry, out at sea. You'll need a boat to reach it.
13	Harwood - Between the two parts to the car compacter.
14	Harwood - To the west of the car compacter, along the off-road bike trails, underneath the train tracks.
15	Saint Mark's - The infamous gas station hidden package isn't nearly as hard as it seems to collect. Grab a PCJ-600 from Salvatore's place and go into the dealership's parking lot across the street. Back your wheels against the gate to 8-Ball's, and hit the accelerator. Crash into the wall, and you will fly in the air and land on the rooftop.
16	Saint Mark's - Atop a rooftop at your safe house. Use a vehicle that you can ascend (ambulance, certain trucks) to climb up and reach it.
17	Saint Mark's - In an alleyway behind Ma Cipriani's.
18	Portland View - Under the train tracks near the staircase leading down to the convenience store.
19	Portland Harbor - Near the construction site, you'll need a PCJ-600 to scope out that wooden ramp and reach the warehouse rooftops. Once you're up there, jump from rooftop to rooftop to reach it.
20	Portland Harbor - Along the containers near the ocean blue. Back a large vehicle up and scale it to reach the package, tucked away in the corner.
21	Portland Beach - Near the Salvatore house, to the south on the edge of a cliff.
22	Portland View - Outside of the police station, in the grassy area.
23	Trenton - Jump from the train tracks to the rooftop of the sausage factory to reach this one.
24	Trenton - Use a PCJ-600 to jump from the ramp in the AM parking lot to a rooftop. Ram the bike into the ledge over to the hidden package.
25	Trenton - Behind a building in the bus station lot.
26	Portland Harbor - On a rooftop of a large central building. Use the stairs to get to the rooftop and look to the left, in front of a ramp to find it.
27	Portland Harbor - From the last package, use any vehicle to drive onto the boarding ship to the south. Drive up the ramp to find the package.
28	Atlantic Quays - On the first boardwalk to the very southern portion of the map.
29	Atlantic Quays - To the east of the boardwalk package, between some dumpsters.
30	Portland View - In the alley across from the hospital, behind a parked car.
31	Red Light District - Inside of the rubble that was a building after the "Blow Up 'Dolls'" mission.
32	Red Light District - After the "Blow Up 'Dolls'" mission, take a PCJ-600 and perform an insane jump off of the rubble to reach the rooftop of a construction site. Walk to the stairway and on the next floor you will notice the package below. Drop down to reach it.
33	Hepburn Heights - In the construction yard, between two trailers.
34	Red Light District - At the GTA3 safe house, between two dumpsters.
35	Red Light District - Within a median near the safe house on the main road, near Chinatown.
36	Chinatown - Atop of the train station rooftop. Use a PCJ-600 to reach it after the jump.
37	Chinatown - In the large alleyway, in a corner.
38	Portland Harbor - Between the last two trucks near the huge cargo ship.
39	Saint Mark's - Near Ma Cipriani's, between two dumpsters in a hollow alley.
40	Portland Beach - At the end of the grey concrete walkway, in the far northeastern corner of Portland.
