This scrap is on the northern part of a secluded island off the coast of the Palmer-Taylor Power Station. It can be reached through multiple ways:

• easy difficulty: on foot then swimming there
• easy difficulty: driving a boat or other floating/submersible vehicle (like the Dodo[1]) there
• easy difficulty: land a helicopter on the island (a helicopter can be stolen from the roof of the nearby National Office of Security Enforcement)
• medium difficulty: land a plane (such as the P-996 Lazer jet or the Velum) on the island
