Not soon after you purchase the Sonar Docks at Paleto Cove, a "?" will appear just near the jetty (for Michael only). When you approach the mysterious woman at the pier, she reveals herself to be Abigail, the girlfriend of a famous TV star.

Abigail needs you to find the missing parts of her boyfriend's submarine to prove that he died accidentally.

In turn, this unlocks the Submarine Parts collectibles sidequest and a new Dinghy vehicle complete with free scuba diving gear! Collect all the Submarine parts to unlock Abigail's next mission.
