Drive over to Ammu-Nation and buy three Boiler Suits off the rack located on the right side of the store.
GOLD MEDAL REQUIREMENTS: "QUICK SHOPPER/ UNITED COLORS"
To get the Gold for this mission, quickly purchase the first three suits on the list and then leave the store.
