Disciples of the Land are the harvesters in FFXIV: ARR. They procure materials from the lands of Eorzea and bring them back to be used by the Disciples of the Hand.

Players who choose to work within this Discipline will not gain experience through combat, but instead through the tasks of gathering materials of a constantly higher quality.

Botanist

Botanists gather the finest plants and resources from the earth for Carpenters, Weavers, Culinarians, and Alchemists.

Fisher

Fishers catch the best quality marine and freshwater resources to be used in various Culinarian recipes.

Miner

Miners extract ore and gemstones from the ground of Eorzea to be used by Blacksmiths and Goldsmiths.
